Service Availability
Komado aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless explicitly stated in writing.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance may occur and will be scheduled to minimize disruption whenever possible.
Support
Support response times and availability may vary depending on the service provided and agreed scope.
Exclusions
This SLA does not apply to outages caused by external factors, misuse, or events beyond reasonable control.
